BGS-25

The BGS-25 Powered Walkie Stacker can transport, stack, and position 2,000 and 2,500 lb (909 and 1,136 kg) loads up to 157″ (3,988 mm). This intermediate-duty stacker has a short turning radius, supporting full functionality even in narrow aisles and tool rooms.

BG1

The BG1 Task Support Vehicle combines attributes of elevating work platforms, order pickers and tuggers in a compact vehicle design.
Unlike some lightweight commercial products, the BG1 was built from the ground up for the rigors of work. This vehicle is highly productive and doesn’t wave.

The BG1 can turn many two person tasks into one person tasks, and allows many one person tasks to be done twice as fast. With the available high speed option, the BG1 can operate at up to 5 mph when at ground level, while automatically reducing travel speed at height. Precise electronic power steering and the ability to turn around in a 72″ aisle, also make the BG1 an extremely easy vehicle to maneuver.

BG zero

BG Zero is a compact and flexible solution for those looking to replace ladders and improve productivity in warehouse, retail and other industrial and commercial operations. The BG Zero can help workers do a wide range of elevated tasks more safely including those found in order picking, shelf stocking, inventory management, maintenance, and assembly.

With a maximum operator platform height of 118″ and a total vehicle capacity of 750 lb (200 lb front load tray, 250 lb front load deck, 300 lb operator’s compartment), the BG Zero packs a great deal of capability into a modest 57″ x 29.5″ vehicle footprint. Ergonomic and logically orientated controls provide for intuitive and accurate operation, while a permanent magnet drive motor and on-board AGM batteries deliver up to 4 hours of continuous operation on a single charge.

BG E-Step

The BG E-Step Semi-Electric Access Vehicle is a manually propelled unit with powered lift that provides companies with a safe alternative to low level ladders in the workplace. The DC lift motor and twin post hydraulic elevating system on the E-Step are capable of lifting an operator up to 42″ while remaining in a fully enclosed compartment. 

When elevating the operator compartment on the E-Step, an automatic floor lock deploys improving stability. Locking rear swivel casters are additionally provided for elevated use on smooth surfaces. Simple and intuitive controls include fingertip lift/lower buttons and an emergency power disconnect.

Manual movement and positioning is easy even when loaded, thanks to the four large polyurethane caster wheels and high mounted rear push bars. Two large steel load trays on the front of the E-Step allow the operator to access multiple items without having to raise and lower repeatedly, and a load platform on the chassis can carry additional materials from location to location.

BG2-72

The BG2-72 combines the compact design and exceptional maneuverability of our BG1 Task Support Vehicle with attributes of a counterbalanced forklift. The result is a versatile machine that can be used for low level order picking, and staging of pallets.

Utilizing many of the same reliable components as the BG1, the BG2-72 can elevate an operator 48″ and features a mini mast that can lift up to 1,500 lb loads to a 72″ elevation. The BG2-72 offers travel speeds up to 4.5 mph.

BG2-72 can be used to effectively order pick from low level locations and improve access to pick faces close to the floor. Travel is provided by a high efficiency AC drive motor on each unit that can be programmed through the onboard LCD dash. Power comes from a 340AH industrial battery or 224AH AGM maintenance free battery pack that is an available option.

BG2-126/144

The BG2-126/144 combines the compact design and exceptional maneuverability of our BG1 with attributes of a counterbalanced forklift. The result is a versatile machine that can be used for mid-level order picking, and staging of pallets.

Utilizing many of the same reliable components as the BG1, the BG2-126/144 comes in two configurations. The BG2-126 can elevate an operator to 132″ and attain fork elevations of 126″. The BG2-144 can elevate an operator to 150″ and attain fork elevations of 144″. The BG2-126/144 requires a tether and harness to be worn and comes with both an overhead guard and pallet clamp. Both BG2 vehicles offer travel speeds up to 4.5 mph at ground level with speed reduction based on elevation to slow speed at maximum height.

BG2-126/144 vehicles can be used to effectively order pick from mid-level locations and improve access to pick faces close to the floor. LPJ-44 Lithium Pallet Truck

Our 4,400 lb capacity fully electric pallet truck is the most capable and maneuverable product in its class. Featuring a 48V BLDC permanent magnet motor and large easy exchange Li-ion battery, the LPJ-44 will move heavy loads around your facility or make deliveries all day long. When coupled with an optional additional easy exchange Li-ion battery, you can achieve infinite duty cycles thanks to their rapid recharge rate and extended run time.
