3-Stage Mast

The new mast has a rigid mounting and as standard a tilting and side shifting carriage. The new design offers increased mast rigidity, capacity and improved visibility. Dual free lift cylinders and optimized hose and chain routings have improved visibility thru the mast. Lowered heights have been reduced and a new mounting position on the 42” (1067 mm) wide front axle reduces the distance from the face of the forks to the back of the axle thereby improving aisle performance. Mountings for cameras have been integrated into the inner mast and an optional integral side shifting fork positioner combination is also available.

The reach from face to mast is 52” (1,321 mm) and the integral pantograph reach stroke is 41” (1,041 mm) The B40AC-DR / B50AC-DR has a 33” (838 mm) wide tilting and side shifting fork carriage.

The SLT30AC and SLT35AC are 3-wheel front/side loading VNA forklifts with a single smooth rubber rear-drive/steer tire and solid poly-front load tires. The front mast rotates 90° and has side shift of 20” (508mm), allowing stacking easily in Very Narrow Aisles. Both models can work inside and outside on paved surfaces, can perform the jobs of a normal front-loading forklift (including loading and unloading highway trucks and containers, working in bulk storage, drive-in rack, push back rack, double deep and climbing steep ramps). The SLT range does the jobs of reach and counterbalanced trucks in aisles over 50% smaller. The rear steering and drive allow turning in short-cross aisles further increasing the storage density when compared to counterbalanced trucks.

The SL30AC, SL40AC, and SL50AC are 4-Wheel SwingMast® VNA and Side Loading Forklifts with independently driven front wheels and dual rear steer tires. The front mast rotates 90° and has side shift of 22” (559mm), allowing easy stacking in Very Narrow Aisles.
